My name is Jimmy Ward and I am an independent Location Sound Mixer and Post Sound Editor.

I have been involved in audio for about 12 years from formal and self-taught education. After years of learning and recording, I became Avid Pro Tools User Certified in 2018 and have continued to edit and mix various independent film projects since.

In 2021, after years of self-music studio recording and some student work,  I started taking location sound gigs, and my experience/knowledge grew exponentially. 

Since then, I have worked on various Independent Feature films, Commercials, EPK content, Documentaries, Vertical Dramas, Short Films, TV pilots, and more sound-related material.

I have always been passionate about audio (music or film-related) and am beyond thankful to work in a field I greatly enjoy. 

Music, another strong passion of mine, is a hobby  I express through my band, Visual Static. I contribute to songwriting and have been the drummer since 2015.
